Solo Adventures

While Arnold the Unicorn and Adam were enjoying a few solo days on the East Coast in New York last Spring, Fiona the Unicorn and Amanda took a jaunt to the countryside one Spring day with a couple of Amanda’s photo friends. Fiona, Amanda and crew enjoyed a lovely day taking in the rural countryside and snapped many photos of abandoned barns, rolling hills, picturesque trees and the quaint West Coast town of Silverton, Oregon.

Countryside Splendor

On the way to Silverton Amanda and Crew would every so often pull over to snap rural-scapes which stood out to them. They spent a little bit of time at a rural church and cemetery. Personally, Amanda is not a fan of cemeteries, but Fiona the Unicorn was quick to distract her by strolling through a patch of flowers.

Silverton

Near Silverton is a popular hiking area with 10 magical waterfall (Silver Creek Falls), however on this afternoon Amanda and her photos pals enjoyed a stroll around the quaint little town. They spent time in a laundromat taking fun photos, wondered into a couple of antique stores where Amanda found some fun vintage Christmas Little Golden Books (Fact: Amanda loves Christmas), and just overall enjoyed a stroll about the town and surrounding neighborhoods.

Before leaving, Amanda and her photo party enjoyed walking over the covered bridge int the heart of downtown Silverton and taking in Silver Creek. They even enjoyed a tasty treat in a local cafe.

Staying Connected

Throughout the day Fiona the Unicorn and Amanda would send Arnold the Unicorn and Adam photos of their adventures. It’s nice to know that even when on opposite sides of the country the Unicorn Trail Gang can all have fun adventures.
