MANHATTAN

In April 2019 Adam, along with Arnold the Unicorn, went to New York for a few weeks for business. Adam (and Arnold) had three days free to spend in Manhattan.

While adventuring through the biggest city in the US, Adam shared a plethora of pictures and video clips of all the sights for Amanda to see. One epic adventure was going to Central Park. Arnold the Unicorn accompanied Adam at this beautiful destination.

CENTRAL PARK / SAILBOATS

Arnold the Unicorn jumped into several pictures along the way. One memorable moment was when seeing a line of horses with carriages lined up along the South end of Central Park. Arnold was pumped outta his little unicorn mind! There’s a beautiful pond filled with fancy model sailboats. The pond is called Central Park’s Conservatory Water. Arnold was delighted beyond words.

BETHESDA TERRACE & FOUNTAIN

Just Google ‘Bethesda Terrace in Central Park’ and get ready for your jaw to drop!!! Central Park has some sights you can’t pass up if you ever visit NYC. The Bethesda Terrace has a small bridge passing above it. The beautiful columns and acoustics lent perfectly for an amazing experience as a group of acapella singers plus an upright bass player sang My Girl.

There is a magnificent fountain in Central Park. Near it is the Central Park Lake filled with couples in canoes.

THE RESERVOIR

If you enjoy taking pictures of reflections in puddles and water, the Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis Reservoir in Central Park is one of the most epic views you’ll find. Depending on your location you can get trees or the New York skyline. Arnold the Unicorn had the time of his life with the breathtaking views.

There’s so much that happened in New York. Next week we’ll continue the story of our first time apart and the various ways that helped us feel like we were still in each other’s presence.
